Do you have 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach and want to work in a SAFe environment? If you're passionate about coaching teams and improving Agile execution, this role is for you
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Team Leaders, developers and Product Owners to improve backlog management.
- Work with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Agile Coaches to improve Agile execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supports in coaching how events and workshops can be effective and goal oriented (timebox, clear age
