About the Role

- Engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other inbound channels.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Enginy AI’s platform,
demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies’ prospecting workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market.
- Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‑specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‑to‑market strategy.
About You

- Language skills: Advanced level of English and native Spanish.
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
- Data‑driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates).
