Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own Clio's demand generation strategy for the Spanish market, identify channels and programs, set target budgets, and analyse market and industry trends to inform messaging and campaign priorities.
- Build the annual and quarterly demand‑gen plans in partnership with broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership.
- Lead the execution of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events.
- Manage relationships with external paid‑media agencies, set strategy,



and hold them accountable for delivery and performance.
- Direct A/B testing programs across creative, copy, and landing pages; use results to sharpen the approach.
- Partner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure campaign assets resonate with the target audience.
- Own reporting on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion, and other key demand‑gen metrics for Spain.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that provide leadership with real‑time visibility into performance.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive decisions and report regularly to EMEA marketing leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success on lead flow, follow‑up, and feedback loops.
- Represent Spanish‑market needs in broader EMEA marketing planning and maintain an active campaign calendar and roadmap for Spain.
