We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Serviceto join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our CRM platform.
We’re shaping the way we workthrough innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Design and implement solutions aligned with functional and business requirements.
- Develop and extend platform capabilities using:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Custom plugins in.NET (C#)
- PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with externa
