Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering,



or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Fluent English and good German language skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process oriented thinking
- High attention to detail and a structured working style
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and business processes
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Initial hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning projects gained through academic, personal, or professional work
- Knowledge of data analysis, data preparation, and model evaluation techniques
- Interest in AI-driven automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
