Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing market share by managing both inbound leads and outbound sales initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management: Qualify client needs, pitch bespoke AI-driven advertising solutions, and guide prospects from initial discovery through to contract signature.
- Performance Metrics:



Consistently achieve or surpass assigned quarterly sales quotas and activity benchmarks.
- Data Integrity: Meticulously log and track all client interactions, lead statuses, and deal progressions within Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee a seamless client onboarding experience and identify expansion or upselling potential.

Essential Criteria:
- Linguistic Skills: Minimum C1 proficiency in German and B2 proficiency in English.
- Professional Background: 2 to 3 years of verifiable success in B2B corporate sales, account acquisition, or cold outreach environments.
- Domain Expertise: A solid grasp of online advertising mechanisms, including search engine marketing (SEO/PPC) and general digital media ecosystems.
- Technical Literacy: Prior experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software, alongside strong database navigation skills.
- Attributes: Highly self-sufficient, resilient under pressure
