Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing fleet operations? We are looking for a highly skilled
Station Fleet Manager
to oversee both the strategic and day-to-day management of our fleet, ensuring efficient operations, timely maintenance, and excellent service delivery for our customers.

As the Station Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of fleet operations, including the garage and outsourced teams.

Your goal is to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Human Management:
* Lead and develop fleet staff, including hikers and maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values.
* Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service leve
