Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Corporate Solutions Unit, and the direct supervision of the HR Stream Lead (H2R), and in close collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters, Administrative Centres, and the Business Transformation team,



the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer (ERP HCM, AI and Digital Transformation) will be responsible for the functional oversight, configuration, and continuous enhancement of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. They will act as the functional focal point for Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR systems, ensuring that business requirements gathered by the Business Process team are accurately translated into system configurations, enhancements, and sustainable solutions.- RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and perform functional activities to maintain the integrity of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) configurations for Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Staff Administration components, leveraging AI-enabled monitoring and analytics where appropriate to improve configuration quality and operational efficiency.-
