Summary:
Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:
- Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborates with business analysts and project managers to develop appropriate technical solutions, offering advice on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
- Communicates technical problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform suite (ITSM is a must).
- Designs, develops, and implements solutions for modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and GRC.
- Develops custom flows for various modules using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, including development of custom flow actions.
- Ensures adherence to ServiceNow and software development best practices and principles.
- Provides comprehensive business intelligence support through Performance Analytics and the Reporting engine.
- Creates comprehensive documentation,



including technical design documents, user guides, and developer notes, to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer across teams. Provides technical support and training to end-users and junior developers upon request.

Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.
- Several years of practical development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), AngularJS, Bootstrap, AJAX, SQL, and other web development technologies.
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, ideally CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM certifications.
- Good understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools as well as ability to work together with Project Manager.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certificate is advantageous.
