SUMMARY:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform and oversee all field sampling and inspection activities, including complex or uncommon tasks.
- Conduct and verify advanced quantity measurements, cleanliness, and suitability checks.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support in challenging field situations.
- Ensure all procedures comply with industry regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
- Train and mentor new samplers and Inspectors.
- Lead field teams and coordinate inspections efficiently.
- Act as a key liaison between field staff and management.
- Participate in continuous professional development and industry certifications.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills within the field.
- To always respect and protect company and client confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school/secondary education or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in inspection, sampling, or a related field.




- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, advanced inspection techniques, and safety compliance.
- Experience in leading teams and training new employees.
- Valid Class B driving license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Capability to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Good verbal and written proficiency in Russian.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of hazardous material handling and transportation regulations.
- Familiarity with laboratory sample handling and documentation.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
