What you'll do:
- Conduct cold outreach calls to small businesses in Finland
- Understand prospects' needs and identify key decision-makers
- Create new commercial opportunities and pass them to the sales team
- Guide prospects through the first steps of the process

Who we're looking for:
- Fluent Finnish speaker
- Basic English or French skills to communicate with management
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for people
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized
- Creative,



proactive, and resilient when facing objections
- Skilled communicator who thinks in terms of solutions
- Comfortable using basic digital tools
- Registered freelancer

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
