About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Client Experience Manager to join our Concierge team in Marbella.

This role is adecuado for someone with a background in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, or premium lifestyle management who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience, while coordinating luxury services and building strong relationships with Marbella's finest partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client journey before, during, and after each stay.
- Manage all concierge requests with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
- Coordinate luxury services, including:
- Restaurant and beach club reservations
- Private chefs
- Yacht charters
- Chauffeur services
- Luxury transportation
- Wellness and spa experiences
- Golf bookings and sporting activities
- Private events and bespoke experiences




- Build and maintain relationships with Marbella's leading luxury service providers.
- Anticipate clients' needs and provide personalised recommendations.
- Handle VIP requests with complete confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve issues quickly while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a luxury service mindset at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, guest relations, front office, or a similar customer-facing role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
