Your main responsibilities will be to: * Collaborate on the architectural definition of the electric drive system (electrical machine and its controller) and the equipment system design to ensure safe and successful in-flight operation. * Participate in the integration of equipment and systems at the aircraft level,
including physical integration (DMU evaluation) and managing environmental and safety requirements. * Conduct safety analyses, such as cascading POD requirements to equipment/systems, reviewing compliance, analyzing the impact of fire zone reclassification, and studying the behavior of degraded electrical drive system (EDS) functions. * Support design and integration activities to identify failure scenarios, understand their relationship to aircraft and safety, and define interfaces with the aircraft and propulsion system needs. * Manage system requirements and learning needs (central roadmap, follow-up, etc.). * Create and review supplier data for analyses like FMEA, FMES, IHA, and (P)SSA. * Support suppliers with the technical development of the electrical system, ensuring its proper integration and compliance with safety analyses.
