Women’s fashion boutique Donna Perla is looking for a stylish, responsible, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and sales-focused person to join our women’s clothing boutique in Marbella.

We need someone who enjoys talking to people, understands customers and knows how to turn conversations into sales. You should be comfortable approaching customers, recommending outfits, suggesting alternative styles and creating a friendly, personalized shopping experience.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident, friendly and not afraid to approach customers
- Is capable to recommend styling alternatives




- Takes initiative and brings new ideas to increase sales
- Understands social media platforms and how they can support the boutique
- Is proactive, responsible and motivated by results
- Speaks English; Spanish and other languages are an advantage

Fashion retail or sales experience is preferred.
