*Airbus Defence and Space* is looking for a *ERP Functional Expert for Customer Services* to reinforce its internal *SAP team*, based in* Spain (Getafe or Seville)*. You will join an international group of around 65 SAP Functional Experts with around 11 SAP SD/CS Experts located in the four core countries.
This position contributes to the service/project delivery by the *ERP Competence & Delivery Center* covering all our AD ERP platforms, with special focus on the Spanish national system and divisional system.

Inside the scope of this functional domain you will have to manage projects, enhancements and also support and bug fixing on Order-to-Cash and Customer Services processes.
*Your challenges:*
* *Provide support* on the SAP systems of AD (including new solution S4 hana), implement enhancements & projects on this system taking into account the guidelines of *Airbus Defence & Space *to manage them.
* SAP Standard mindset.




* *Integrate the SAP OTC/CS team* with an open mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users.
* *Support the team* in all the new requirements they have coming from the key users. Understand their needs and propose solutions to their issues/requirements.
* *Proven* functional skills in ERP SD/CS/PM
* *Create *the functional design and support the ERP developer at functional level to develop/modify the ABAP code to be adjusted to the new requirements.
*Your boarding pass:*
* This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the SAP SD/CS/Services domain
* The candidate has to be fully customer and delivery oriented.
* English on negotiation level.
