About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the bar area in pristine condition.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Understanding the outlet’s concept and beverage offerings and confidently explaining them to guests.
- Crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wines, spirits, and beers, garnishing them to standard and recommending drinks when appropriate.
- Ensuring bar _mise en place_ is prepared for efficient service, maintaining all ingredients, bottles, and equipment in order and checking inventory daily.
