As a key member of the project controls team, you will support the department manager in delivering high-quality cost control and scheduling activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and on budget.
- Key responsabilities:
- Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project coding structures to ensure control and integrity of the work.
- Compile and manage accurate cost data to prepare the project budget and update its progress.
- Develop cost control/scheduling procedures and execution plans for projects.
- Participate in weekly project cost review/scheduling meetings.
- Develop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and construction.
- Identify trends and deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain the established project cost schedule/timeline and prepare schedule/cost status reports.
- Provide meaningful and accurate historical data.
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks effectively and in a timely manner, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Plan and organize own work assignments,



as well as perform administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable integral policies, procedures, and standards.

Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably carrying out the tasks mentioned in EPCM projects or similar.
- Advanced level of PRIMAVERA P6.
- Advanced level of MS Project.
- Advanced level of Excel.
- Basic drawing interpretation.
- Full proficiency in the MS Office package.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
