Brasserie Dunnik is a lively and successful brasserie located in the beautiful, historic city of Zwolle, Netherlands. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent food, a warm atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. To strengthen our international kitchen team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cook / Chef de Partie who is ready for an exciting new chapter in the Netherlands

What you will do:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to our menu and quality standards.
- Run your own station effectively (prep work, cooking, and plating).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment according to HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service.

What we offer:
- Attractive Salary: €2,500 - €3,000 gross per month (based on your experience).

so we arrange suitable accommodation for you in or around Zwolle, rented out at a reasonable and fair price.
- Relocation Support: We don't leave you to figure it out alone. We will fully assist you with local bureaucracy, including getting your Dutch citizen service number (BSN) and opening a Dutch bank account.

What we look for:
- EU Passport Mandatory: You must hold a valid European Passport to apply.
- Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Chef de Part
