DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role: The Cloud Security Engineer designs, implements, maintains and continuously improves the security of our cloud environment.



Reporting to the Head of Security Strategy & Governance, you partner up with the wider Information Security & Technology department to ensure secure operations, support colleagues with expert advice, and drive cloud security initiatives across the organization.
- Act as the cloud security SME, providing guidance on cloud technologies, architecture decisions, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, risk acceptance, and remediation plans.
- Define, implement, and review secure configuration baselines for cloud services (e.g., policies, guardrails, and security settings) aligned to best practices.
- Implement, maintain and improve our cloud-based identity and access controls (least privilege, conditional access, privileged access, …).
- Implement, maintain and improve our cloud-based device management platforms.
- Provide advice and support to our wider Global IT organization when it comes to Security or IT incidents, troubles
