We’re looking for a highly motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As a Rental Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience and maximizing sales opportunities. This entry-level, counter sales role is idóneo for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about both service and sales.





Responsibilities
- Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
- Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and overcoming customer objections.
- Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
