Role Summary

As a service supervisor you are responsible for the management of all operational aspects and for the profit and loss account for a site. You will also be responsible for expanding and exploiting the service potential as well as ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.

- Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales department
- Conducting sales talks and concluding orders and service contracts
- Monitoring and responsibility of the profit and loss account for a site
- Optimization and continuous improvement of process flows in the service department
- Initiation of projects to increase efficiency
- Active participation in the development and implementation of innovative service processes
- Interface management with internal engineering, external service providers, purchasing, quality and other service location
- Evaluation and reporting of operational key figures in an international environment
- Enforcement of safety and quality expectations
- Support in operational tasks from the Service Manager Germany
- Representation of the Service Manager Germany
- Supervision of international intercompany business
