Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse & Customer Support Coordinator (based in Seville Spain), to support warehouse operations, customer service, and order management activities. The role involves coordinating deliveries, processing customer orders, managing inventory tasks, and ensuring excellent customer support in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is a part time position for 20 hours per week, preferably Mon - Thur 9am - 2pm but open to discussion.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Key Account Manager and customer service activities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery follow‑ups
- Coordinate vendor deliveries, courier transport, and shipment schedules
- Receive, pack, pick, dispatch, and organize warehouse goods
- Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reporting




- Maintain delivery documentation, proof of delivery, and customer records
- Work in the ERP system and communicate with international branches in English
- Support overall warehouse operations and customer order management

Must Haves:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Category B driving license
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure

NICE TO HAVE:
- Background in aerospace industry
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or technical environments
