Responsibilities / Tasks

As our Service Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital service products with global impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performing digital service products. You will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new digital service products; managing technical and commercial aspects of product development
- Own digital service products, defining product roadmap, business scaling model, standardization and roll‑out strategies to drive recurring revenue
- Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage‑gate processes
- Identify innovation opportunities,



drive product continuous development, and bring new products to market successfully
- Craft and implement go-to-market strategies that bring our products to the market in a repeatable, scalable, and profitable way
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D;
- Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives
- Support building a digital platform that scales NPE digital service offering

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital products, service business transformation, or similar roles
- Solid analytical capabilities and data‑driven decision making
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
- Deep understanding of market dynamic
