Role Overview

The roles within this team form part of the Digital Resilience as a Service framework, collaborating closely with Group Information Security and Allianz Technology to ensure consistent execution of security processes, reliable risk insights, and alignment with Group-wide security policies and standards.

What You Do
- Engage with senior executive stakeholders, including CISO, SecOps, GRC, and IT, to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
- Integrate data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems.
- Use Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for data cleaning, transformation, modelling, and visualization.
- Implement scheduled refreshes, Row‑Level Security (RLS), dataset governance, and performance optimization.




- Lead data analysis to extract actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to interpret results and drive data‑driven strategies.
- Define, architect, and maintain KPIs/KRIs, including vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing training outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance).
- Develop executive and operational dashboards with clear metric definitions and documentation.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, root‑cause investigations, and trend reporting.
- Establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, and SOPs for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
- Maintain controls for data minimization, secure handling, encryption, and least privilege access.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
