Responsibilities
- Be the link between data infrastructure, architecture and development teams
- Choose the best tech to persist application data
- Define the procedures to operate within the database including the creation of the required automations and tools
- Guarantee the necessary data resources are assigned for the optimal project development
- Ensure the implemented solution is effective, efficient, consistent, and maintainable from a integral data perspective
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on production systems
- Optimise and tune the application access to data. Detection of bottlenecks in data consumption
- Support developers on database access and operation (security, automation, good practices, etc.)
