About the role…
Our Technical Account Managers play a crucial client facing role to drive adoption, expansion,
and value realization for enterprise customers implementing our agentic AI platform, contributing significantly to ensuring the success of key enterprise customers. You'll manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from leading discovery processes, through initial technical implementation and on to broad organizational adoption. TAMs provide program/project management for enterprise-wide rollouts, coordinating implementation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring consistent value delivery and transformative results for clients.
Whilst this role can be remote, based anywhere in Spain, you can expect 25% travel time on-site with customers and maisa offices.
What you’ll do…
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments, managing parallel implementation streams, comprehensive project plans, milestones, and resource requirements
- Coordinate customer onboarding act
