Job Purpose

The RM Systems Specialist supports the Revenue Management team in the day-to-day calibration of the Revenue Management System (RMS), the automation of manual processes, and the development of the KPI framework. This role blends strong data analytics skills with growing expertise in RM systems, enabling the Pricing and Inventory teams to work faster, smarter, and with better data.

The RM Systems Specialist reports to the RM Systems, Processes & KPIs Manager

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

1. RMS Ownership & Technical Strategy
- System Configuration & Calibration: Support the administration and fine-tuning of the Revenue Management Systems (AirRM & PROS), assisting with demand forecasting models, influence factors, and optimizer settings.
- Business Rule Management: Support the implementation and validation of RM business rules, ensuring system configurations align with commercial and operational objectives.
- Data Integration & Quality Assurance: Validate data flows between the PSS, RMS, and external data sources (e.g., Infare), ensuring data accuracy, integrity,



and timely availability for Revenue Management processes.

2. Process Excellence & Business Automation
- Automation Projects: Design and build automation scripts and tools (SQL, Python, RPA) to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks and free up analyst time for higher-value work.
- System Enhancements & Testing: Coordinate and execute functional testing for RM system enhancements, configuration changes, and new releases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
- Knowledge Management & Best Practices: Develop and maintain the RM knowledge base, documenting system processes and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.

3. KPI Framework & Performance Auditing
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain the RM “Health Check” dashboard in Power BI, tracking metrics such as Forecast Accuracy (MAPE), Yield Opportunity Loss, and Spill/S
