What will you do?

As a Ramp Agent,



you are responsible for handling our passengers' baggage. One day you may be working in the baggage sorting area, while the next day you could be working on the apron—it is a varied and engaging job

In the baggage sorting area, you ensure that all luggage is correctly sorted according to its destination. Naturally, our goal is to make sure every bag reaches the right destination.

On the apron, you literally work “under the wings.” As soon as an aircraft arrives at its parking stand and the engines are shut down, you spring into action. You place wheel chocks around the aircraft's wheels and position safety cones in the designated areas. You then connect the ground power unit and position the stairs at the aircraft.

This is where your physical strength comes into play: you ensure that baggage and cargo are unloaded from the aircraft. Once the aircraft is empty, the outgoing passengers' luggage is loaded into the correct compartments so that t
