AI Builder, Emerging Talent – Spanish Market

Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for Spanish market Emerging Talent cohort. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying agentic solutions for Fortune 500 customers, leveraging leading AI tools and the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
- Design agent intelligence architecture, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with the Agentforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional builder pod to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and drive strategic impact.
- Test, iterate, and deploy solutions—owning the work from day one.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- Deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI native mindset.
- Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object‑oriented programming,



and real‑time infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills—able to discuss technical solutions with sales teams and customers.
- Self‑motivated, problem‑solving, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Ready to travel 25–50% of the time to work directly with customers.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
