Head of Borrow and Credit Line Product

Responsibilities
- Own the business performance of the Borrow and Credit Line products, including achieving revenue, profitability, and other target KPIs.
- Develop and execute the operational strategy for lending products in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Design and adjust credit policies, including LTV parameters, liquidation thresholds, borrowing limits, and collateral requirements.
- Monitor the achievement of financial targets in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Product teams.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the lending direction.
- Launch new lending products, credit programs, and collateral models.
- Oversee the efficiency of loan issuance processes, collateral management, liquidations, and debt management activities.
- Ensure effective monitoring systems for key business, financial, and risk metrics across the lending portfolio.
- Represent the Borrow and Credit Line business at the executive level, providing justification for investments, strategic changes, and growth initiatives.




- Develop and align business cases, budgets, and resource requirements for the lending function.
- Initiate and supervise initiatives aimed at improving capital efficiency and liquidity utilization within lending products.
- Ensure business readiness for market risk scenarios, periods of high volatility, and crisis events.

Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience managing financial, lending, or investment products, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of liquidity cost management, capital allocation, and lending portfolio profitability.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency products, lending products, and digital asset markets.
- Solid understanding of collateral management, liquidation mechanisms, margin requirements, and credit limit frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven and financially sound decisions.
