We’re looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager to join Mavence and become a trusted delivery partner for our customers in Europe.
This is a senior, customer-facing role for someone who combines Salesforce expertise, strong program leadership, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
You’ll work closely with customers and local teams in Madrid while coordinating distributed Salesforce and SAP resources across Europe, India, and the United States.
We’re looking for someone who understands Salesforce well enough to confidently participate in functional, technical, and architecture discussions while keeping teams aligned and delivery moving forward.

Commitment: Full-time
Build trusted relationships through regular collaboration with customers and local teams in Madrid.
Lead project governance, status reviews, workshops, steering meetings, and escalation discussions.
Coordinate Salesforce and SAP teams working across different countries and time zones.
Guide engagements through discovery, solution design, integration, testing, go-live,



and stabilization.
Participate confidently in Salesforce functional, integration, and architecture conversations.
Support knowledge transfer, training, adoption, and change management.
7+ years of experience in enterprise software consulting, professional services, system integration, or technology transformation.
~3+ years leading customer-facing Salesforce engagements or complex implementation programs.
~ Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
~ Confidence managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, resources, and customer expectations.
~ Fluent English at C1 or C2 level.
~ Availability to work full-time within the European time zone.

SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE You should have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, along with a solid understanding of enterprise integrations and solution delivery.
