Our remote-first team is globally distributed around the world: About the Position We are looking for a Head of FP&A; to join our Finance team and take the ownership of budgeting,



forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic reporting for Toloka. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive and a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can partner with various departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with leadership, the Reporting and Controls Manager, and operational stakeholders across all business units with direct impact on business planning, investor readiness, and strategic decision-making.
