About the profile Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals.
Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).
Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.
Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.
Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors,



tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.
Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.
Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
~ Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
~ Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
~ Hands‑on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
