About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients, understanding their objectives to develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients through outbound calls; focus on increasing spend and campaign upselling.
Market Engagement: Engage with the Dutch market to detect customer needs,



offering adapted solutions and identifying potential future unicorns.
Account & Database Management: Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients daily, maintaining an updated customer database with complete and accurate information.
Performance & KPIs: Work consistently to meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term loyalty and satisfaction by building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing timely resolutions to inquiries.
Strategic Optimization: Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities, ensuring high-quality service and sales support.
Requirements

Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
Languages: C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
Experience: Proven sales and/or market
