We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the United Kingdom, the Nordic countries and France. Develop new business opportunities across the UK, Nordic countries and France.
Build long‑term relationships with packaging converters, paper manufacturers and integral consumer brands.
Manage complex customer development projects from initial contact through technical validation to commercial agreement.
Experience in Business Development,



Technical Sales or Key Account Management within an industrial B2B environment.
Background in packaging, paper, specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial materials or manufacturing.
Fluent French and English are essential.
Conversational Spanish is highly desirable.
Experience within a scale‑up or high‑growth international business.
Technical understanding of sustainable materials or innovative industrial products.
Existing network within the packaging, paper or specialty materials industries.
Français, Anglais.
