*The IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset & Configuration Data Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, health, and reliability of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CMDB data, acting as a bridge between the data and the IT teams that rely on it. The adecuado candidate will ensure that IT Service Management (ITSM)



processes are strictly followed and will empower our Product Service Lines (PSLs) to effectively manage and consume CMDB data within ServiceNow. *
*CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks):* Execute daily operational (RUN) tasks to maintain, update, and audit CMDB data content, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of configuration items (CIs) and their relationships. *
* Data Quality Improvement:* Proactively collaborate with and support other IT teams (infrastructure, application, network, etc.) to identify data discrepancies, resolve CI conflicts, and continuously improve overall CMDB data quality. *
* PSL Technical Support:* Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Service Lines (PSLs), providing hands-on support and guidance as they manage and update their specific CMDB data within the ServiceNow platform. *
* Scenario Building & Consumption:* Assist PSLs in designing and building practical scenarios and workflows to help the
