This position combines strategic and operational support to managers with leadership of Performance, Career Development, Learning, Succession, Employee Engagement and Talent Management initiatives.
We are not looking for a people manager. We are looking for an HR Business Partner who acts as the technical reference for the Talent area within the People team, working closely with the HR Business Partners to design processes, develop tools and ensure a consistent experience for managers and employees.
The person selected will lead a team of two, providing direction, judgment and technical support, while also actively participating in the execution of projects and initiatives.
