Lead business development efforts across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector in Iberia, focusing on Anti-Financial Crime investigations, Compliance, and Collections solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including account planning, SWOT analysis, market penetration strategies, and go-to-market plans
Identify and engage executive and C-level stakeholders and build trusted relationships
Position Concentrix's technology-led solutions through consultative and solution-based selling
Build long-term client relationships, represent Concentrix at industry events, and strengthen awareness of its value proposition
Collaborate with portfolio leaders, practice leaders,



and subject matter experts to design tailored solutions and support complex sales opportunities
Lead commercial negotiations for complex opportunities, including proposals, contracts, commercial terms, and operational KPIs
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and business development metrics
Significant experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management as a Hunter or Account Manager
Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector in Spain and Portugal
Experience selling or positioning solutions related to Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, Collections, Customer Operations, or Digital Transformation
Proven track record of developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value enterprise deals
Confidence building and maintaining relationships with executive and C-l
