You will combine strategic workforce insights with hands‑on recruitment expertise, helping to build diverse talent pipelines, strengthen internal mobility, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience.
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a key role in ensuring Nestlé attracts and secures world‑class technology talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, combining talent market expertise, proactive sourcing, and high‑touch recruitment delivery to support critical hiring needs.
You will lead strategic searches, facilitate assessments, identify internal talent opportunities, and contribute to building Talent Acquisition capabilities across teams and geographies. Working in close partnership with HR, business leaders, and our NBS teams, you will help drive consistent,

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for complex or senior‑level roles.
