The Role Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Channel Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of strategic commercial partners across indirect channels.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with relationship building. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding market reach, strengthening partnerships and helping shape future channel development initiatives.
Develop and execute growth plans with strategic commercial partners.




Identify opportunities to expand market access, increase commercial performance and unlock new sources of growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and annual business planning processes.
Monitor business performance and translate insights into concrete actions.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across commercial and support functions to ensure effective execution of priorities.
Support the development of channel strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
Represent the needs and perspectives of commercial partners within the organisation.
Track market developments and identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Proven experience managing strategic partners, distributors, indirect sales channels or key commercial accounts.
Commercial curiosity and the ability to identify growth opportunities beyond existing ways of working.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
