Join Our Team as a Sales Compensation Lead
Are you a data-driven compensation expert with a deep understanding of sales incentives?
As part of our Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of our compensation programs, with a strong focus on sales compensation and variable pay.



Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders, you will help translate compensation data into clear insights, reliable processes, and effective rewards solutions for our global teams.

Sales Compensation & Variable Pay. Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation, with a heavy focus on sales teams (commissions, incentives, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, etc.).
Market benchmarking and data intelligence. Lead and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure our roles remain globally competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
Data and analytics. Drive the update and administration of salary ranges, including conducting associated market analyses and submitt
