The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead to lead our Business Development team, drive daily performance, and ensure consistent achievement of commercial targets.

Location: Barcelona (Spain) or Tallinn (Estonia).

This is a hands-on role where you will combine your own business development experience with day-to-day team management. You will be responsible for supporting the team, monitoring performance, coaching Business Development Managers, and maintaining high execution standards.

You will work closely with senior management to execute the company's commercial strategy while ensuring that the team consistently delivers against KPIs and business objectives.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys developing people, and can build a high-performing Business Development team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development team on a daily basis




- Conduct daily stand-ups, one-to-one meetings, and regular performance reviews
- Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Coach and mentor Business Development Managers to improve performance and conversion rates
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

Business Development
- Support the team throughout the business development process and assist with closing key opportunities when needed
- Ensure consistent pipeline management and follow-up activities
- Maintain CRM accuracy and high standards of execution
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Work closely with senior management to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Process & Reporting
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and best
