As a Remote Operations Engineer at the Madrid ROC, you will be part of the strategic core ensuring the global availability of our wind turbine fleet. This high-level technical position focuses on real-time monitoring, advanced diagnostics, and remote incident resolution, directly affecting performance optimization and the reduction of the cost of energy.
What You Will Do
- As part of our 24/7 Monitoring Team, your role is built upon three strategic pillars:
- The Technical "Problem Solver": You will use advanced SCADA and SAP tools to diagnose why a multi-million euro machine has stopped.
Your role is to determine with precision whether you can fix the issue with a single click from Madrid or if a technician must be dispatched to the field
- The Effective Communicator: You will manage communications with customers and field technicians during urgent incidents. You demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, professional solutions via both phone and email
- Operational Resilience: In a 24/7 environment, your responsibility is paramount. You will maintain high standards and attention to detail—especially during night shifts—remaining consistently meticulous with data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
