Your Mission As part of the Health and Safety team, you will ensure the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System in line with applicable legal requirements, ISO standards and Exus corporate governance, providing technical support, compliance assurance and reliable HSE performance monitoring across office operations,



O&M; services and Assets (third party Project Asset Management & IPP projects).
Implement and continuously improve the HSE Management System in line with applicable legislation, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards and internal procedures, ensuring full legal and corporate compliance.
Analyse, interpret and monitor HSE legal requirements across office activities and operational assets, ensuring accurate identification and ongoing compliance.
Develop, review and maintain HSE procedures, instructions, risk assessments and internal documentation, supporting standardisation and operational consistency.
Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Control and follow up incidents, non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions, identifying trends and supporting performance improvement.
