Founded in Mallorca in 1890, Majorica is a jewelry brand deeply connected to Mediterranean heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.
As part of our retail expansion, we are opening a new boutique in Valencia and looking for passionate leaders to help us shape this new chapter for the brand.
Our boutiques combine product expertise, storytelling and emotional client experience in a refined and welcoming environment.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the opening and development of the boutique, ensuring excellence across client experience, team leadership, operations and commercial performance.
You will play a key role in building the store culture from the very beginning, creating a strong and motivated team while delivering a premium and personalized experience for both local and international clients.
You will be responsible for leading the team towards achieving store objectives and business performance targets.
Your responsibilities will be:
Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire and develop the boutique team.
- Support recruitment,



onboarding and team integration during the opening phase.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-oriented culture.
- Coach the team on client experience, storytelling and sales techniques.
- Set clear objectives and monitor team performance.

Client Experience
- Ensure an exceptional and personalized client experience.
- Lead by example on the sales floor.
- Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and client engagement actions.
- Ensure the boutique reflects the image and values of the brand at all times.

Commercial Performance
- Drive sales, productivity and KPI achievement.
- Identify opportunities to improve boutique performance and client engagement.
- Ensure excellent execution of launches, activations and events.
- Monitor business results and implement action plans when required.
