Location: Laude San Pedro International College, Marbella
Duration: July (5 weeks)
Working Hours: 08:30 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
Remuneration: €400 per week (Lunch included)
JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering a high-quality summer camp experience while gaining valuable leadership and management experience. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a wide range of engaging activities for children aged 7–15 at our international summer camp.
Working closely with the Camp Director and activity team,



you will lead daily activity sessions, support and guide Activity Assistants, and ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment at all times.
You will also coordinate off-site excursions, including regular beach trips, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the camp programme.
This role is adecuado for energetic, responsible individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading groups, delivering activities, and taking ownership of day-to-day camp life in a dynamic summer setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Activity Planning & Delivery
- Plan and deliver a diverse programme of engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, team challenges, and creative workshops.
- Ensure activities are well-structured, inclusive, and appropriate for children aged 7–15.
- Adapt sessions to suit group needs, energy levels, and weather conditions.
