Technical Sales Manager – Central / Eastern Europe & Balkan Region

As a Technical Sales Manager for Perstorp Animal Nutrition, you will be responsible for managing your designated region and driving sales growth through strong technical support and customer engagement. In a dynamic and growing B2B market, you will be part of the Sales organization, working closely with Marketing & Technology in an open, collaborative, and performance-driven environment. A key part of this role is to position Perstorp as a preferred technical partner for customers, working in close partnership to understand their challenges and identify the right solutions.

This role combines technical expertise with key account management, with a strong focus on distributors across Central/Eastern Europe and the Balkan region. You will spend most of your time technically promoting our solutions, visiting customers, and supporting distributors through training and hands-on guidance,



always aiming to build long-term partnerships and create value through tailored, effective solutions.

Principal Accountabilities
- Drive sales performance in the region (Central/Eastern Europe, Balkan region), achieving targets for volume, revenue, and margin
- Provide high-quality technical support, training, and guidance to customers and partners
- Develop and manage customer relationships to grow new business and maintain existing accounts
- Support and execute commercial trials and ensure proper follow-up and data collection
- Monitor market trends and share insights on competitors and opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory) to align on strategy and customer needs
- Represent Perstorp in the market through events, networking, and customer engagement
