What you will do in this role
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Your qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English
- Have an open and positive mindset that helps to provide the best customer service experience
- Have previous experience in customer service
- Have good communication, written and listening skills
It would be a plus if:
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must – as you will get relevant training in the field
