The Tech & Data PMO enables effective portfolio and project delivery, supporting strategy execution through strong governance, transparency, and informed decision‑making, while working cross‑functionally with delivery teams. The Senior PMO Analyst sits at the center of portfolio and project enablement, supporting consistent governance, reliable data, and high‑quality ways of working, while driving continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools.
About You
You are an agile learner and a trusted partner with a strong interest in portfolio and project management, comfortable guiding others and suggesting improvements while working in a general, fast‑changing environment. You are structured and detail‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management to contribute to the success of the company strategy.
- Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making.




- Enabling effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to our quality standards and governance requirements.
- Supporting ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities.
- Ensuring the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied.
- Giving visibility to the financial information by keeping it up to date in the PMO tools.
- Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting.
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving project and product templates & guidance materials.
- Supporting PMO communications, training, and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Proactively identifying and driving continuous improvements across PMO processes, tools, and governance.
