Sales Order Management (m/f/d)

As an Order Management specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient order-to-delivery process while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Manage the end-to-end processing of national and international customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Deliver professional customer service via phone and written communication, supporting clients from order placement through final delivery.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively identifying delays and coordinating corrective actions.
- Serve as a central communication interface, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient order flow and address customer inquiries.
- Oversee master data creation and maintenance within the ERP system, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date information.
- Manage order-related correspondence and collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer requirements.
